At present, we exclusively offer shipping services to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

 

Please note that the carrier may impose additional charges for specialized services related to what they consider 'challenging deliveries.' The determination of complex delivery situations is made at the carrier's discretion and can encompass various scenarios, including but not limited to rural locations, challenges with main door, elevator, tight stair access, restricted unloading areas, permits required, building delivery restrictions. We kindly request that you notify us beforehand if you anticipate any potential difficulties with the delivery of your product.

 

As all our products are meticulously crafted to order, there is a production lead time of 2-3 weeks from the date of payment to the delivery of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a strict "NO return/refund" policy because orders are custom-made.

 

Customers are encouraged to double-check their product dimensions to ensure items fit in their service elevator and main entrance door.

 

Please note, that the actual product color and texture may vary from the images, due to the individuality of stone slabs and wood.

 

Damages and Issues:

Should you find any product defects, damages, or if there has been a mix-up with your order, we encourage you to promptly reach out to Studio E.

 

Please be aware that Studio E cannot assume responsibility for any damage incurred due to mishandling or improper use of the table.
